The ENERGY MARKET Group is a developing holding structure with over 25 years of history and owns electricity generation capacities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Bulgaria, exceeding 1500 MW. It invests in the production of electricity from renewable sources – solar, wind, and biomass. It is represented through licensed trading companies for electricity trade in the aforementioned European countries, as well as in all countries of the Balkan Peninsula, Turkey, and Moldova. Our partners are leading European companies.

For over 10 years, the group has been directing a part of its investment program towards the exploration, prospecting, and extraction of minerals, in line with the EU’s strategic goals for securing critical raw materials for European industry.

For the development of activities related to the exploration, extraction, and enrichment of minerals, the company has attracted experienced specialists and established partnerships with companies from Belgium, Ukraine, Turkey, and Bulgaria. Our engineering company, Himremont Stroi, manufactures the necessary mining equipment for our mining projects.

Our main activities are focused on countries on the African continent, as well as on projects in Europe, which, due to the heavy regulatory regime, are developing slowly. The acquired experience and the company’s development interests direct our attention to countries in Asia and Latin America.
